I am Dawid, an independent programmer who creates macros for Tekla Structures. I was a steel detailer, and I have experience with Tekla Structures models and drawings.

My macros can help you with industrial steel structures. I sell them in subscription, which you can purchase on this website. The subscription price depends on the number of computers and selected programs.

💰 About prices: Programming custom solutions is an expensive and time-consuming task. I don’t do it anymore. I decided to make products and sell them for 1/100 of their real cost.

I’ve often been asked, “David, how can I copy a drawing view? Please, help!” It’s a common question, even among experienced users, because Tekla Structures doesn’t offer a straightforward option for copying drawing views. Many users end up scouring forums, reading through documentation, or seeking advice from other professionals in search of a solution. Thankfully, I’ve found a simple trick that lets you copy a drawing view in just a few seconds, saving both time and frustration. After learning this method, what once seemed complicated will become routine, making the task quick and easy from now on.

How to copy drawing view?
